family photos

While we were in Iowa (post forthcoming) the weather was unseasonably balmy (unfortunately--I prefer cold and snowy). But in the end, it did make for easy travel, a couple outdoor runs, and some pictures. Last year I was more organized and had sent a pre-Christmas "pack clothing in this color family" email (and was ridiculed for it...but then everyone was happy to have a family picture...hmmm). This year, I was less organized and so we scrambled and made do with whatever happened to be in everyones suitcases. Not too bad all things considered...
