We had a Thomas the Tank Engine party for Jonah on Sunday (or "Nomas Party" if you ask him). Yes, it's a couple weeks early, but we've got a busy month--you know with a new baby and stuff like that. Plus, both "gandpa and gandma"s were in town...what more could you ask for when celebrating year 2?! (and you would think I could have gotten some pictures of J with the people at his party. But I didn't...so...sorry 'bout that).
Though he's been blowing out everyone else's birthday candles for the past 6 months. He wasn't going to blow out his...no idea why. However, he has been talking about the cake, candles, and how he wouldn't blow out the candle for the past couple days...??? Kids...

And our ever expressive present opener...who, among many other wonderful things, received a "JOHN DEERNNNNN!!!"

how hilarious! I wonder if he thought if he didn't blow them out, his birthday wouldn't end? also, his facial expressions...as always...are priceless!
